Our policy lasts 15 days. If it has been 15 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you an exchange or refund.

To obtain a return, your item must be unused and in the same conditions.
Various types of items are exempt from a refund.
Underwear such as socks, swimwear, and boxers.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.




Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the receipt of your item. 
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, the refund will be processed through your credit card, original payment method or bank transfer, within a certain number of days.



Late or Lost Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Get in touch with your credit card company, it can take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only items that are defective or damaged will be replaced. If you have received a damaged or wrong item/s on your order contact us on info@spworkshop.es

If you wanna make a change, first you must return the item/s on your order, following the steps on that policy, and turn to make a new purchase.




To return your product, you should mail your product to Surf People S.L, Joan Maragall 34, 17002 Girona, Spain

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
