How can I make sure that my order is completed?
Every time you purchase an item on our website, you'll receive an order confirmation email. If you have placed an order and didn't get the email, please check out your spam folder or contact us on email@example.com
Can I cancel or change my order?
To modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once the shipment has been dispatched.
If you want to request a refund, you must wait to receive your order and return your unwanted items following the steps on our returns policy
How can I get updates about my order status?
We'll keep you notified about your order via email.
Once your order is ready to leave our warehouse, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please folow your tracking URL to check your order status.
Can I get an order invoice?
Every time you place an order with us, we'll send you a purchase receipt on your order package. If you want to receive an invoice with your data, please add your company name on the checkout form designated field or contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
What should I do if I've received a damaged order?
Please check that the package is in good condition when the carrier delivers the order before signing. It is not, make him write it down on the delivery note otherwise, you wouldn't be able to claim it.

Shipping and Delivery
How long does it take an order to arrive?
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 15:00h GTM+1 (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. If you place an order after 15:00h GTM+1 or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday ( excluding holidays). Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available. Please note transit times above are not necessarily guaranteed
Can I collect an order at your store?
To request this service, simply select "In-Store Pickup" as a shipping option at Checkout. All the deliveries will be placed at SP Wokshop Girona, Within 24 hours.
To pick up your purchase bring a copy of your order, and a photo ID to our store. If you want to pick up your order at our Platja d'Aro store please contact us Orders will be held for 7 days.

What happens if I'm not at home when the carrier delivers my order?
We'll inform you when your order is out for delivery via email. If you are not at home and your carrier cannot reach you over the phone, they will leave you a voucher at your mailbox. To reschedule a delivery date contact the courier company.

What payment methods are available?
SP Workshop accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
- SP Workshop features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
- Apple Pay: Shop easily with your iPhone without having to enter your credit card details on our shop.

Can I pay an order using my country currency?
All orders will be completed in euros, you can use our currency conversion tool to check the price equivalency on USD $ and GBP £. Your order will be charged in euros, and your bank will apply the conversion to your country currency.
Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?
Regardless of the service you choose, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order.
Also, some orders may experience customs delays.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest you contact your local customs office for additional information.
Returns and Refunds
How can I return a product?
You can return an item within 15 of receiving the product. Returned item/s must be unused and in the same conditions as delivered, unused and with labels.
Various types of items are exempt from a refund. Underwear such as socks, swimwear, and boxers.
To return your order, you should mail your product/s to Surf People S.L, Joan Maragall 34, 17002 Girona, Spain. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

When do I get my money back?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the receipt of your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed through your credit card, or original payment method, within a certain number of days. Please note that Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Can I change my order?
Only items that are defective or damaged will be replaced. If you have received a damaged or wrong item/s on your order contact us on email@example.com
To change a product first you'll have to return the item/s on your order.

Every product is guaranteed and 100% authentic, We are licensed stockists for all the products we offer on our shops.
If there is any product that comes out defective you have to contact: firstname.lastname@example.org, and send us photos of the defect.
Once analyzed, it will be sent to the brand and if it comes under warranty, the product will be collected and the refund of the payment will be processed. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
